I'd never been but I'd recommend and return. We both ordered burgers and enjoyed them. They taste grilled and came out hot and as described. The restaurant isn't big so the waitress was really attentive and sweet. The sundae was much bigger than anticipated but we enjoyed the toppings, I'd say it would feed atleast 3 people.
This place is amazing the the staff and servers go way beyond to enhance your visit, I highly recommend a visit for both young and old The atmosphere combined with the staff is a must ask for Ashia he's the best
First time going to the Sugar Factory and it was a great experience! Service was good, the environment was clean and nicely decorated for Valentine's Day. The food was good. I had the Salmon Salad and my kids enjoyed the specialty hamburgers and milkshakes!
Everything was amazing!!! We went for a birthday dinner and it was lit!! Everyone was so on the same energy and the food was so good. 10/10 highly recommend. The waitress was wonderful as well.
We went for a Father's Day milkshake OMG what an amazing assortment of GREAT milkshakes. Our server Hong was on point I give her a 5 star review too!
It's a cute place tucked into the Hard Rock Casino. We went mid day so the smoke wasn't an issue but, I could see how smoke would be bad during busy times. The food was good but maybe like upscale TGI Fridays. The service was great! This is a fun place to celebrate a birthday!
Went to this location last night after the parade. We were told it was by reservation only but the hostess was able to get us in. Thank you sooooo much for helping us. She was so nice and pleasant. We sat down and were instantly greeted by our waitress, who was more than helpful in placing our order. We informed that we had food allergies and they were able to accommodate. The place wasn't too full but did fill up after a while. Looked clean and bright due to high lighting. We both ordered turkey burgers and fries, very simple. My only concern was that there was a noticeable difference in the amount of fries in the basket of fries and my fries were on the colder side. The burger was hot and the drinks were delicious.
